Just Recieved 18in GS WOW!!!

I just got the 18in GS Uncle Bill sent for me over the weekend.WOW! Now I see what the rest of you GS owners are talking about.Uncle Bill sent me what he describes as a slight blem on the horn handle but I dont see it as anything but a scratch near the cap of the handle.
For those of you contemplating business with HI and Uncle Bill,you wont go wrong! In Fact, Uncle Bill sent the GS to me without recieving payment first!!! Those who have known him over the years will agree that is his usual way of doing business. Now Uncle Bill, About that Kothimora...........Cheers!

The 18inGS I have is awesome. I can't believe how this blade just slices through tree limbs. The only problem I have with it is that the but handle cap is slightly loose. Any ideas on how to fix that problem from any of you out there in Khukuri world would be appreciated. I love this knife!!!

If you can get some epoxy into the crack that's the easiest and safest fix. If you are adventurous you can try peening the tang over a little tighter. If you miss you'll dent the buttcap.

OK Uncle Bill I'll look in to those options. What does "S.N" mean? Its probably the initials of the kami but I dont know for sure. Again great knife and I can now see why some Gurkha troops carry this type of khukuri in the field. Cheers!
