Ken aka ghorka is trying to get his name changed and being new to bladeforums wasn't quite sure how to go about it so I gave him some guidance.
The best way to get anything changed or to notify Spark of anything is to post it in the Service and Support Forum.
Ken posted there requesting a name change from ghorka to Kendo,
I just didn't want anyone to be accusing Ken of trolling since he stated that he was making his last post as ghorka.
Ken is trying to do the right thing.

There is already a

registered as of April 2001 on the forums, but he is listed as having only 3 posts, the last on 5-7-01.

Unless Spark says different, it appears you've got it, especially if you use a capital / Kendo.

But then what do I know?

( Ah, but I DO know! Suggestion - Keep your fingers on both hands crossed. That makes typing slower and gives you time to think and notice the pain in your mouth when you end up putting both your feet in it, and then you can delete the embarrassing part before posting! Well, it works part of the time at least. )
 
at last i worked out how to do it, you have to logout first.
then register as a new user. ect ect, Sheesh :eek:
ah well i got there in the end.:)

and thanks rusty i will type very slowly from now on, an try to remember not to post in all capitals.regards ken:)

Personally, I have a Polaroid picture of a jackass lokking full face into the camera from the local corral that I've taped to the bathroom mirror. If I start to notice too much resemblance between the guy in the mirror and the jackass...

I tell ya, Bruise's avatar must set a record for number of variants of a single avatar. He dances, he carries a khuk and a flower, sometimes only the flower, sometimes he's got big ears, etc!

I'll sneak into Uncle Bill's and switch all the pen knives with cardboard versions. People will complain that the Pen knife can't hold a good edge or that it's too hard to sharpen (although some may appreciate the matte brown finish).

I was gonna say you should dress up as a giant Heineken, but now that I think about it he'd probably jump you and give you a frontal lobotomy while trying to pry off your head and drink you:eek: :rolleyes: :D
