JYD low rider clip

Hiya' STR. Hope all is well out your way? I need a foldover clip for a JYDII, to fit the original holes. If I remember correctly you do have this knife already? I was sorta looking to get this by Christmas so it can be included in the box of the JYDII Composite I am giving my son as a present. If you already have the knife do I just need to send the money and a note asking for this particular clip? It will be Friday before I send it and I'll send it priority mail USPS with enough postage to get it back USPS Express. Please let me know if you think this is a doable propisition! It it were anything bigger it would be pushing it a bit to get it done by then. I can probably manage being a clip though. I do intend to cut out early from the shop this year but I have a few good days left so I'll let you know when.

Those clips are one of the most expensive I do since they take about twice the time and twice the titanium of a normal clip to get right the way I have to do them with that wide arse mounting footprint and curvature to make them blend with the folder.

I think I can do it though. Probably Wed this week when I do another one I have here that needs done yet.

I don't know what Express shipping runs. I print my own labels and wouldn't know until I go to print it off. Maybe the postal web site can tell me I'd have to look.

I have gotten $40 shipped 1st class on those particular clips in the past so if you add in Express I'm sure you are above $50 for a pocket clip. Fine with me if you want to do it but personally I'd go first class and get it probably in the same time you'd get it with Priority Mail. Most every other clip is $30 plus shipping which is actually two ways when I need the knife so most everyone has been spending $40 plus or minus anyway. I figured the price for this one based on how long it takes me and the amount of waste it causes to make and its one of the two most difficult I do as I said.

Replied. I'll do the clip up for that one either today sometime or tomorrow.

I'll be in the shop for a bit both days.

When I get it done I'll post it here for you mounted on my JYDII and then mail it out to you providing I have your address by then.

Address sent Steve, and I appreciate it, and I'm sure my son will! I still have to get his Tyrade in the mail to you for a low ride clip on it. I'll wait until the Christmas rush is over before sending it though. Thanks again!:D
