Keating Bowie Videos

Which of these are the best to invest in for a rainy day Bowie work out?

You would probably get more replies back in the Tactics and Training section of the forums. Since you posted here, all I can say is... all the videos which focus on the bowie are good. I even remember one that showed how to throw them. Basically, all of the Keating tapes are excellent although you might want to stick with the ones for the bowie if that is what you are looking for.

Just IMO, video 2, The Bowie Basics, is probably the most useful overall of the ABCs videos I've seen (I only have the first 3, so I can't speak for tapes 4 and 5).
