A real nice Jack, Ken! Is that a one-off shield?? It's certainly different than what you usually see, and very cool!

Charlie the shield isn't a one off, since I made a parser plate for it, I call
it my cop shield.
Ken.

Oddly when I saw that shield LEO tin didn't come to mind at all but rather the first thought I had was "Fat Boy", the profile is just about spot on.

Mmmmmmpurdy! Das BoneMeister is kicking some major arsch with that little beauty.:cool:

Very nicely done. This and the tear drop are two of the best patterns that you do. That chocolate bone that you jig is also superb.

God Bless

Do you use an old fashioned breast plate parser Ken??????????

If I were fortunate enough to find an old one I don't think I use it.
I either pry the shield out of an old knife or draw one, drill out as much
as I can, jewelers files and leave the plate "ice hard". I actually tried the
breast plate method a feww years ago, now its vise grips on either end
drill press and vise. Occasionally still do one offs with a die grinder and
dental bits.

I love the shield too. Fat Boy definitely has a bigger appeal than the LEO. The wider fins makes look really cool.

God Bless
