Saw this as a Pre-Order on Knife Center but it didn't have a pic associated with it - also, there's no mention of it online, on YouTube, or in Kershaw's 2012 catalog (a search of these forums yields nothing as well).

Found it when I was doing a search of "Carbon Fiber" and here is the description from KC:

Kershaw 3700 Kurai Folding Knife 2-1/2" Black Plain Blade, Carbon Fiber and Aluminum Handles

This awesome little pocketknife has enough style to be a gentleman’s dress knife—yet it’s tough and versatile enough to carry everyday. A drop-point blade with titanium carbo-nitride coating provides the versatility; carbon fiber and aluminum scales provide the style.

Specifications:
Blade Steel: 8Cr13MoV, Titanium Carbo-Nitride Coating
Handle Material: Carbon Fiber, Aluminum
Blade Length: 2-1/2"
Closed Length: 3-1/2"
Made in China

EDIT: Blade HQ has a pic, but I'd still love more details:

Its in page 12 of the 2012 catalog

BladeHQ only had 1 more left after I ordered mine..Can't wait to get it, looks pretty cool.

first pics look like true carbon fiber, the bladehq pics look like CF patterned overlays and their description says "cf patterned" Really hope thats not right, it would really cheapen the knife's looks

The first pic is a prototype.. The production looks more like the CF used on blurs and whatnot

Got the Kurai Today..

Pretty Cool knife. its smaller then a leek but wider, and the fit and finish is great for a knife of this cost
