A while back I bought a Kershaw Breakout 7000RD and wrote a short post about it here http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=769228
I decided to start carrying in about 2 weeks ago when I thought I had lost my EDC (Bradley Alias II Auto), so I pulled it out of the box again and when I was looking at it, I noticed that one of the handle screws was missing. It's the handle screw closest to the pocket clip. You can see it's missing in the photos I posted in the post referenced above, which were taken the day I brought the knife home.
So, I filled out a request form on Kershaw's website about the missing screw. I got an e-mail 3 days later saying they would send out a replacement screw and that I should be sure to put blue loc-tite on it and let it sit for 24 hours before use. Today, I got an envelope from Kershaw containing a full set of handle screws (including the blade pivot) and also a torx driver tool with three interchangable bits that stow inside the handle.
This is my first Kershaw knife and my first experience with Kershaw customer service. So far, I'm really impressed with both.
