I've written elsewhere about breaking my G10 Leek a while back. I'd broken the blade tip using it inappropriately, and then the speedsafe mechanism failed.

I picked up a couple of other Leeks to replace it, and sent the G10 off to Kai to see if they would fix the speedsafe. In my note, I explained that I was to blame for the broken blade, and asked them to attempt to only fix the speedsafe so that the knife was functional again.

The repaired knife showed up last week while I was on vacation. Honestly, the only thing I think is still original is the pocket clip and G10 scales. They replaced everything else, including the blade and screws.

I am very pleased with their customer service, the quality of their products and the price point for which you can buy a USA made knife.

This is why I buy so many of their products, they take care of their customers even when we are in the wrong.
