Who's played with these things, and what are your thoughts and feelings about them? I'm seriously considering dropping the coin to get one, and I want to hear what you all've got to say on the matter...

the kershaw line of these ken onion spring assisted folders are some of the best "bang for your buck" quality factory knive i have seen and handled. we got our new ricochet and whirlwind this week and they are just as nice as the original "random task". the quality on these is very very good. in fact when ken saw the finshed production versions he was quoted as saying that they were almost as nice as his custom versions for a fraction of the cost!
for the money you can't go wrong. even if money was not an issue, these are top flight factory knives.
