2.I know theyre not (old) but any idea when made?
3.What steel is used?
4.Why do,s the main blade have Oregon USA on it and slipjoint have Kai Japan?
5.When did Kershaw start having knives made by Kai and are they still manufactured there?

Might get a better response over in the manufacterers forum. Kai is kershaw as far as I know, but since when I can't tell you.

These knives are from the "easy rider" series. Long discontinued from the late 70's-80's.
The model # 2050 in your last pic is called the "rancher"
All have stainless blades and handles w/ rosewood inlay.

"Easy Rider" write-up copied from an old Kershaw catalog:

The Easy Rider™ heavy duty knives carry comfortably in trousers pocket for every day use. There are no sharp corners to wear through the fabric. Incorporating lightweight and streamlined design with big and brawny blades, they are a new and improved concept in easy-riding comfort and utility. The thin stainless steel cases are detailed with handsome rosewood inlays.

If you want your thread move to the kershaw forum. Use the little triangle at the lower left of your post to request a move so that 2 threads wont need to be combined later.
