kid throwing knives video

Pretty cool!
My 8 year old (daughter) has only thrown a tiny bit and only stuck one bo shuriken, same with my 6 year old. I have a 3 year old who hasn't made anything yet but he has thrown a little with close supervision.

If you make it look easy the kids can't wait to try it. :D

Thanks for the comments guys. I have a longer clip where he ricochetted and clunked the horse. It is sittting there waiting for his aunt to pick it up to hand down to his young cousins. He started throwing when he was 3. Same age as I did. We play a game. First one to ten wins. He throws two knives, I throw one. He beats me about every time. If I don't hit ten in a row, I am done. Most times he hits ten as I hit five. That was him warming up in the video. We had not thrown in a couple weeks before that. I am thinking about setting up a few cameras and filming his accuracy.

My grandfather was a magician so I started a little younger than that kid. I did the ball walking, juggling, unicycle, magic tricks and off course knife throwing. Later I ended up throwing, screwdrivers, crowbars, bayonets, small knives and chopsticks....it just never got boring..

John Galt ? Do the ball walking, juggling, unicycle, magic tricks and of course knife throwing all at the same time and then we,ll be impressed ! L:O:

You must have had an interesting childhood . L

No, I think my grandmother would have killed me with all the misses...
My grandfather had the most extensive collection of books on circuses, magic and side shows I've ever seen. He also had a HUGE collection of magic stuff collected over 45 years, before WWII and after. I spent my whole childhood going through all that stuff, never made it, and was never bored during my visits.
Yes I definetly had the interesting childhood that's for sure, one I often wish I could revisit.

Very interesting John. Thanks for sharing that. What happened to you grandfathers stuff? I am assuming he has passed, No?

Yes, he passed away more than 17 years ago. I think my uncle may have gotten some of his collection, but I think a lot of it my grandmother gave away to some of the younger members of The Magic Circle.
I kept the stamp and coin collection, and a few other personal items. Most of it was gone after they sold their home and moved to a smaller place.
I've never seen anyone with the large circus balls, the kind you walk on, anywhere. They were great fun growing up using them on the back lawn.
