Today I went to a shooting event called outbreak omega with my boss's. It's pretty much an awesome zombie themed fun shoot. We shot all day, and had a blast. My bk9 came with me in case I had to flex on some undead up close. I had my AR15, rem 870 tactical, and XD .45 tactical. Went through about 500 rounds. They also had some amazing giveaways, and I ended up winning a DPMS AR chambered in 300 AAC. I am frickin excited as hell, and had an awesome day.

All in all it was an awesome day, and I can't wait to go back next year!
 
I was gonna say that shirtless guy was awesome, but he cant hold a candle to tactical chicken. gratz on the new rifle too. that is one hell of a prize
 
Damn, ya lucky bastard. :D Looks like a good time. Congrats on the new toy.
 
What a great shoot! And talk about an awesome GAW, that rifle is badass!!
 
They gave away 100k in prizes, including 22 guns(mostly AR's). Lots of gear from various companies.

To top it all off, I had 2 knives waiting when I got home :D I'd say that's a helluva day
 
Did you have to win a competition for the rifle or did you get picked in a drawing of some sort?
 
It was a raffle for everyone who bought the VIZ(very important zombie) passes. It was in MN just south of minneapolis, at a gun club. I think it was a DPMS event. There was about 1500 people.

Well I'm guessing that more than made up for the cost of going and admission right there.
 
What pattern camo are you wearing? It looks sort of like WW2 era "frogskin" which has been faded a good bit.
 
It's A-TACS, I like it a lot. Much better than multi cam or some of the other patterns I saw today.
 
I like it. Seems to me it would blend in very well with most spring & summer foliage. Much better anyway than that ACU camo; I hate ACU with a passion.

I usually wear plain ol' OD green or woodland.
 
A-TACS also just came out w a woodland version that has more green in it. The stuff I have works great in rocky arid environments, and also sandy soil areas like the river valley near my house.
 
can't zombies smell your brains through the camo?
do you have brain-scent-killer spray? please show pictures of that stuff, I can't find it here.

:D they can, but the camo is to hide from the other survivors :D

This stuff helps though, but you have to take it internally for it to work properly
