Knife laws in Bangkok

Hi, I am planning a trip to Thailand and will mostly stay in Bangkok during the trip. I wonder anyone can tell me about the knife laws there? Whether it will be legal for me to take, say, a Spyderco delica or a Cold Steel voyager three-inch tanto? Or better still, an Emerson Commander. Any special places in town where folders are off limits ie clubs, pubs etc? Cheers.
 
I use to spend a lot of time there with a unit from the Army called CILHI, I never had a problem. I carried a leatherman and a folder with me all the time to include in the clubs. Things may have changed since back then, but if you keep a good attitude with the people and don't get to crazy in the clubs, you'll be OK.
 
Hi All-

Will be making the trip to Singapore and then on to Bangkok, Phuket, and Chaing Mai. Just wanted to bring the thread "back to the top" in case there are any other suggestions for knife usage in this region.
