what are your favorite knife lubes? i've used many and still haven't found the absolute best. so tell me what you use and why. thanks

I like Sentry Solutions for my knives and guns. I like them because they're a dry lube and won't attract dirt like oil does. They are also excellent in preventing rust.

I've used Tuf-Glide and have good results. I heard good things about White Lightning, but I haven't run out of Tuf-Glide yet.

Put down another vote for Tuf-Glide. I've been using it for the last month, and it's great! No problems at all...

Also like Break Free, except for the funky smell. I like the smell of Tuf-Glide though.

I typically use Break Free but lately I've also been using a sample of TufOil that a friend gave me years ago. Some stainless seems to need a heavier film and of the stuff I have laying around a very small amount of Gunslick on the tip of a toothpick seems to work well when others don't. I've been using the same small tube of Gunslick for years. For a dry film I'll use Eezox, which I also use as a rust preventative along with Break Free.
