Knife Making.

I am posting this topic everywhere that I think someone might be able to help me. I would like to learn how to make knives.
The courses that The ABS have would be perfect except that being from Canada the cost would be prohibitive. Does anyone know if I can find a place in Canada that has similar courses?
If not what else could I do?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Vermillion College used to offer courses....or go to the Community section and post under Canadian Connection....lots of great guys in there....
