I bought a friction folder today made by a Journeyman Smith with the initials R L S . Woudl anyone know who this is. It is handforged and has a moose horn handle. Extremely nice. Any information would be appreciated.

There's a Mastersmith named Raymond L. Smith from Breesport, NY. Could it be one of his earlier JS knives? According to the BAKCA search engine, his stamp is an oval with his initials.
