Thanks, everyone for your replies. Today, I went to McBride's, Knife Sharpest, Banana Bay, and Academy. Here's what I found:

McBride's - Biggest selection of the bunch, but they piss me off. I'm 23, look young, and know my **** when it comes to buying a knife. The guy wouldn't even look at me for five minutes, and when I finally got him to let me look at some, he acted like it was a big problem to let me see them. I was asking him questions, some of which I already knew the answers to, and he wasn't just real knowledgeable. But, they did have a Spyderco Military, Vesuvius, and a Sharpmaker, as well as quite a few great Benchmade models. Can't recall about prices, but I think they were on par.

Knife Sharpest - Small selection, but the guys were nice. Several Benchmade models, a couple of Emersons, and even a Microtech LCC(awesome!!!!), and some autos. They guys answered my questions no sweat, and were really cool.

Banana Bay - Smallest selection of all of them, and the guys in the store didn't really seem to care about me once I told them I was just looking around. Great place for military surplus, though.

Academy - Larger selection than Knife Sharpest. Lots of hunting knives(duh), but some folders as well.

Stab1, I think a get together would be cool. Let's see what everyone else says.
