Just got one and was wondering if it only suppose to have one screw in it to let it rotate freely?Does the weight of the GB rotate it around while wearing?

One screw is normal. The sheath will rotate if the GB is struck. The weight of the GB shouldn't be enough to rotate it...

Also does anyone carry it upside down? It seems secure enough to work.Right now I just carry my GB clipped to pocket but plan on using the kydex after I get my SnG.

the one screw is normal.
i took it out, then wrapped the screw in some teflon tape and put it back in. screwed it in tight. now it will rotate, but nowhere near as easily and it is very secure.
the kydex sheath kicks ass.
cheers,
Derek

It's in line with the middle screw but closer to the top. So it's basically in the midpoint between the existing screw and edge of the sheath.

I took the rubber washer out and put in a metal washer in between the screw and the kydex. Now its really tight, before I had some spin, and mine realy got loose.

Try a metal washer.

Shelby,
when looking at pictures of the kydex sheath (don't have one yet), it seems like the one screw holding it together is a Chicago screw that is "sunk" into the kydex (probably done during the dydex molding process??) so that it doesn't stick out and touch the G10 knife handle. Now, if you use another chicago screw towards the top to affix the sheath, how do you keep it from sticking out and coming into contact with the G10 knife handles? Thanks,
Jan
