La Griffe plastic trainer?

On Mr. Perrin's site there is a review of his La Griffe Knife by Michael Janich. This is the URL:

I was currious about the plastic trainer he mentioned and wanted to know if anyone knew where to get one of these. If not through emerson then from Mr. Perrin himself? Any ideas? Thanks.
