Came across this guy this afternoon by the canal when we were hiking. We all know my thoughts on snakes.

The Boss got a new Canon camera at Target at a closeout price plus her 10% discount. It`s got a 10x zoom on it, I did not want you guys to think I got that close for pics! I`m only scared of 2 things, snakes and table saws, due to bad experiences with both. Snakes I can shoot, but the bullets keep bouncing off of the darn table saw!

I love snakes too, they taste like chicken and make great hatbands! Isn't that why we carry knives?

Let me clarify... I think they're beautiful creatures... and are great hunters... so long as I get to see them on a sheath, boots, or TV... it's all good. If I see them w/in rifle range they're usually not so good...

Haha while you all try and stay away from then, i seek them out! happened upon a garter snake the other day so as im taking pictures it snatches up a frog that i didnt even see. They can eat 1.5x the largest size of their body, but it's head was hilarious compared to the frogs. Ida snatched that fella up!

LOL on the Bullets Bouncing! I like those Canon Cameras too! That thing did a bang up job! I only fear the snake that I can't see! As long as I can see them, I'm smart enough to avoid them! Ha! Ha!
