Sent my PST back for refurbishing, I've owned it for 12 years and over time I've managed to mangle all three flat head screw drivers, add to that the plier jaws were experiencing alot of side ways play. I got it back yesterday, man it's practically back to new condition, they did a great job replacing/regrinding the screw drivers and any rust is now gone!!! The plier jaws are now aligned and rock solid. Can't say how happy I am with the results!!!!!! Cheers, Rob

I have many of them and plan on buying more, never had to send one in for repairs but did exchange a Charge when they came out. I know leatherman is not perfect but I beleive they are the best Multi tool around. Looking forward to the Core and Surge coming out so I can buy those as well.
