I'm after a multi-tool to take paramotoring.

It should be light yet contain a spark plug wrench, screwdrivers, spanners, pliers i.e. tools to fix a simple 2-stroke engine if it fails while I'm out flying. I'm in London so I guess it should be metric as well.

Currently using a leatherman + spark plug wrench but really it's too heavy.

Any suggestions welcome

Hi Mike.
Sorry, I don't know of any single tool that contains the features you require. Therefore, if it means a person would have to carry two tools in order to contain the features you specify, I can't think of any combination significantly lighter in weight than a spark plug wrench and a multi-tool/plier.

I've got a discontinued gerber cool tool for a bike which has spanners on it.It doesn't have a socket set though.

There are companies like Motion Pro and Topeak that make "mechanical" multitools for motorcyclists and enduro riders. Look up Cycle Gear or Aerostich catalogs online. Aerostich in particular has a good selection of gadgetry.
