List with all Spydies - Need help on Experimentals!

Hi, I've been working on the list and included more SKU's (mini mariner / experimental kitchen knives) with pictures. I'm however still missing info on the following:

K10 - Kitchen knife - Kosher Butcher knife according to Spyderco Story book - anyone got a pic?
KX01 - Experimental Kitchen knife - Japanese style - anyone got a pic?
KX02 - Experimental Kitchen knife - Japanese style - anyone got a pic?
KX03 - Experimental Kitchen knife - ???? - info/pic?


CX03 - Experimental 3 - was it an SS Calypso Jr.?
CX04 - Experimental 4 - I think this was a Micarta Calypso Jr. right?
CX05 - Can't find anything on this one... It probably exists because there is also an CX06 (Alu Michal Walker)

Edit: just found these on page 248 in the Spyderco Story book

CX03 = Micarta Calypso Jr (flat ground)
CX04 = SS Calypso Jr (hollow ground)
CX05 = SS Dragonfly
