This is something new. I call it the Little Mamma. It's my usual .125 framelock with a 440C blade. Blade length is 2 7/8 and the OAL is 7.5 inches. This knife is a proto and I plan to carry it for a while to field test it. I'm toying with the idea of wild anodizing. What do ya'll think?

 Very handy looking, as for the anodizing, go for it! For a user I dont' think I would want it because it would eventualy rub off, but when you make a knife for yourself it's a good excuse to have some fun.

Peter, that's very clean. I really like the way your clip allows the knife to ride fully inside your pocket.

Peter: Looking good. I'll make a deal with you. I'll show you how to make damascus and you show me how to make folders.

Thanks guys! I took her to work today and gave her a bit of a workout. I opened huge commercial wallpaper rolls, sliced up some boxes, scraped crud off the walls and slitted 5 gallon bucket lids. She's a fairly hefty handful and she performs very well. On to the next one, this time with a wood overlay.

Looks great Peter ! very nice job , looks to be a great user friendly blade shape... i also like the clip design, very original, cant wait to see the next one dude:)

peter, that is a great looking folder, one thing you might try is to bring the vee grind closer to the spine:cool:

Make the hollow grind a little higher? I'll do that on the second one this weekend when I get to finishing it. Thanks Laurence! :)

Great design. I like 'em a little hefty, in case you run into something a little tougher than you thought would come up...

Thanks for sharing the pics- keep 'em coming!

Dave

Man I am having enough trouble with your Friction Folder,Do you have to show off with such a great folder:D
