I'd like to pick up a Seiko Black Monster from them. Are they reliable? Ship to a PO Box? They don't ship seconds or watches bought from Seiko that had been sent in for repairs etc?

Bought a watch thru Amazon that came from Long Island Watch. It was as promised but was not packaged well. 2 small pieces of newspaper in a priority USPS box. Watch was bouncing around in the box. No damage but couls have been bad.
