Can anyone tell me why my pic's are so big and how to scale them down. This baby is just for heat treating, the one on the right is for welding. This sucker sound like a rocket engine when you crank it up.

Here it is half size,You are probably taking the picture at the highest resolution on your camera,if so after you down load it you need to take it to a program like paint shop pro and reduce the size but keep the picture quality.This is still to big
