you can have the profiles laser or water jet cut.

So, are you looking more for a CAD/CAM setup, or are you wanting a pantograph-grinder, where you put a blank in one arm, and the second arm mimics its shape?
Either way, you're probably looking at a financial outlay in the multi-thousands of dollars...and I wish you luck!
Now, I'm gonna just get silly, and ask...why? Are you hoping to start a production company? Or are you just wanting to turn out dozens and hundreds of a particular pattern, immediately?
Finally, I guess it comes to a question of the bevels...I'm not sure there IS a machine out there that can grind bevels on. Well, maybe some of the higher-end CAD/CAM stuff could handle it, but you're looking at something they'd probably use in the aerospace field, and it'll probably run you (at a guess) $50K or so...
