Roy has been moving around a lot over the past couple of years but I understand he may be back in a shop of his own. I've waited over two years for a replacement knife. Realy would like to speak with him.

Thats a long time.I bought one of Roys folders about 10 yrs.ago.It's one of my favorites.Check Knives Annual for his e-mail and address.I know theres 2 sides to every story but over 2 yrs.is too long.

I did get a call from him a few months ago to say he was setting up a new shop and still remembered me. I need a phone number. :)

I spoke with him a couple of years ago after I got a Helton fixed blade which I don't believe he does anymore. Wish I had remembered that he was in SD as I would have contacted him when we were there in early Oct.

Guess I should just look up locations as we travel just to see if someone I know is there.

it is a nice knife to use to demonstrate knife photography.

Hope all is well with Roy.

I'd love to see Roy back making knives. He made a few customs for me back in the '90s and they were very well done. hope it works out for you , Mike.

I spoke with him about ten years ago. We had a cup of coffee and he showed me some of his folders that he still had for sale. I wanted to see if he would rehandle a folder of his that I has just purchased. He said he would try but after a couple of months he returned it and said that his wife wasn’t happy about him working in the shop anymore. He was moving a bit slow back then and seemed somewhat unsteady. I hope that he is still okay.
