Looking for someone to engrave my knife

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum, but I just picked up an Al Mar Eagle classic and would like to find someone to engrave the bolsters. I've never had this done and don't know who does this. Also, considering that this isn't exactly an expensive knife and I plan to actually use it, I'd like to keep the cost down, if that's even possible. The bolsters are about 1 1/2" L x 3/4"W. I would like to have a design similar to the ones on the bolsters of the knife in this thread: http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...t-engraving-(IMO)?highlight=etching+engraving

I have used several engrave. Most of them are going to charge 2-3 times the ocst of that knife for any engraving. They all do hand work.

You can find guys who will use laser of panograph to mark your knife up. That's not engraving in my book.

You may want to check out this BBS:http://www.engraverscafe.com/ You'll find masters as well as newby's on that site, and if you post the picture and give them an idea of how much you really want to spend I'll bet you get takers.

Always ask to see the style of engraving a person does before you commision any work.
