I have a Buck/Strider Solution 888 fixed blade. It came with some kind of a dull gray coating which got scratched and marred over time with use. I decided I would like to polish off the coating to a bright polished SS finish. I got pretty far using a polishing wheel and steel wool, but I'm tired of all the work its taking (not to mention my fear in using a bench polisher) and need someone who knows what they're doing to finish it up and put a new edge on it. It is BG 42 steel. Can anyone recommend someone I can send it to?
