Hi everyone, I’ve become less interested in knives in the last few years, so here’s a selection of pieces I’m willing to part with. All pieces were acquired around 2004-2012, and were safe queens for me, never carried, sharpened etc (some were acquired second hand, still none looks to my eyes to have ever been sharpened by original owners either). I’m based in Italy, so that’s where I will be shipping things from, and payment through Paypal (PP) is fine. All prices are total prices for the buyer, they are inclusive of shipping through FedEx wherever you live, and already cover PP fees (= PP G&S is fine). I am not interested in trades. I can definitely provide additional pictures if requested.

This thread is a repost and consolidation of other threads I previously posted here (and crossposted on another platform), with only the pieces still available showing, with some price drops.

This thread is for custom folders FS - I also have another thread for custom fixed blades for sale, you can find links in my signature.

Some additional clarification on shipping: to the US, I usually ship FedEx International Priority, which is very safe and very fast: generally takes 2-3 days to get the parcel to your door, depending on where you live. It’s also expensive – costs me around €80, which used to be around $85 some months ago, and now it’s more like $90-95 (EUR/USD exchange rate has been going up).
Which leads me to the other topic: I have quite a few NOS/LNIB production pieces that are simply not worth shipping separately (adding $90-ish to their price essentially prices them out of the market :) ), but could be added with little extra shipping cost to something else if one has already decided to buy something, making it possible for me to sell them, and for you to buy them (if anyone should happen to be interested).

List of production pieces that could be added to a custom purchase (I can provide pics through DM if anyone’s interested, and we can discuss prices):

  • Benchmade BM 420 Snody Resistor – 154CM SW blade
  • Benchmade BM 741 Lum Onslaught – 154CM satin blade, 1st production run #472/1000
  • Al Mar Shrike – VG10 satin blade
  • Spyderco/Kershaw Spyker - #102 of a 3000 ltd production run, S30V satin blade
  • Spyderco ATR Titanium – S30V satin blade
  • Spyderco B01P SpyderFly Balisong - satin finished spear point VG-10 blade with a false top edge
  • Protech Harkins ATAC M/A – gray handle w/ CF, DLC black satin 2 tone blade, marked 2004 with skull logo
  • Kershaw Boa 1580ST – CPM 440V, black coated, part serrated
  • Kershaw Spec Bump 1596 in CPM 154, black coated

Emerson custom Persian. Around 4.1” cutting blade, 9.4” OAL (open), hand ground satin finished blade with bead blast dove tailed titanium bolsters, green micarta scales (in pictures they look more brownish than in reality - it’s the classic Emerson customs scale color), black G-10 backspacer, bead blast titanium liners, tip up stainless steel clip. Weight: 170g (= 6 ounces). Got this second hand, looks to be in excellent conditions, apart from one micarta scale having a very very slight dent on one edge (you can sort of see it on pics # 01 and # 03). Thumb Disc, original box available (shown in pics – a bit battered:)). 1,700.00 USD, includes PP fees and shipment through FedEx

Charles Marlowe Balisong, 5.1” cutting blade, 12” OAL (open), IKBS, marked “MARLOWE IKBS” on spine, titanium handles, spacers look to be G-10 to my eyes, has T-latch (probably G-10 too). Got this second hand, but it looks to be in mint conditions. Weight: 172g (= 6.07 ounces). 1,800.00 USD, includes PP fees and shipment through FedEx

Matt Cucchiara Dorado titanium framelock flipper. Around 3.5” cutting blade and 9” OAL (open). Weight: 199g (= 7.02 ounces).Pretty sure steel is S30V, but it’s not marked. Sort of a brushed/barked finish on frame and satin finish on blade, tip up carved titanium clip. Got this from maker and I have the original box, but the ends are that kind of rubberish material which gets sticky with time, and now it IS sticky. I’d ship it with a custom zippered case rather than the original packaging, but if buyer wants the original packaging, it IS available. 675.00 USD, includes PP fees and shipment through FedEx

Jim Burke Resurrection titanium Framelock. Around 4” cutting blade, 9.8” OAL (open), pretty sure it’s S30V steel (but it’s not marked). Weight: 215g (= 7.58 ounces). Spacers look to be anodized bronze titanium. Got this from maker, original box available, mint conditions. 1.000.00 USD, includes PP fees and shipment through FedEx

DB Fraley Deluge Framelock Flipper (large). Around 4.3” cutting blade, 10.2” OAL (open). Weight: 291g (= 10.26 ounces). Marked “05” on spine, and S30V steel. Got this directly from maker, but I don’t have the original packaging. Flamed titanium frame and backspacer, tip down pocket clip. This thing is built like a tank, and feels the same way :). 2,200 USD, includes PP fees and shipment through FedEx.

Also found the original pouch it came with (iirc) - simple worked black leather, marked "DF" on back, see last pics

DB Fraley Torrent Framelock Flipper (large). Around 4.3” cutting blade, 10.2” OAL (open). Weight: 212g (= 7.48 ounces). Got this second hand, excellent conditions. Marked “02” on spine, and S30V steel. Flamed titanium frame and backspacer, tip down pocket clip. It was a bit difficult to catch the flamed color, so a few pics are the same with different lighting – some are good for the frame, some are better for other details. Compared to the Deluge, this has the same general dimensions, but it’s quite lighter - still feels very good and secure, just does not feel like a tank, maybe more like an APC :) (weighs a lot less than the Deluge, too). 1,800 USD, includes PP fees and shipment through FedEx

Greg Lightfoot Exclusive Flipper Liner Lock. Around 3.75” blade, 8.7” OAL (open). Weight: 177g (= 6.2 ounces). This was an exclusive run made for KnifeArt and the model should be a SharkEye (another BF member suggested this info on the old FS thread - to my shame, after all this years, I had forgotten what the model was called back then :) ) – I got it directly from the dealer, I’m the original owner. Hand ground blade (with the Lightfoot shark on it), hollow grind, satin finish, marked “004” on the flipper. Bead Blasted titanium frame, liner lock, and bolsters, and a tip down bead blasted stainless steel clip (with the Lightfoot heart logo on it), carbon fiber scales. Good “hefty”, solid, feeling in hand, flips well (but not like an IKBS – you do need to use your wrist). Nice blade seating, detent and lockup. Excellent conditions. 900 USD, includes PP fees and shipment through FedEx

Greg Lightfoot Full Contact Fighter FrameLock. Around 3.94” blade (3.5” cutting edge), 9.0” OAL (open). Weight: 170g (= 6.0 ounces). Knife features a satin finish, hollow ground, recurve blade (with the Lightfoot shark on it) with flipper. The handle has brown micarta scales, bead blast titanium frame, and a tip down bead blasted stainless steel clip (with the Lightfoot heart logo on it). Perfect blade seating, detent, and lockup – good flipper, but you do need to use your wrist. Comes with a nylon zippered case. Excellent condition, with some very very light signs on blade – I’d rate it at 97%. 800 USD, includes PP fees and shipment through FedEx

Szabo-Perrin large custom Balisong, 5.51” cutting blade, 12.91” OAL (open), Weight: 345g (= 12.17 ounces). Marked “Lacy Szabo Design” on one side and “Made in the USA” on the other, stainless steel handles, mirror finish on both handles and blade, hollow grind blade, pocket clip for tip down carry. Comes with pouch (shown in pics). Got this second hand in 2008, iirc, but it looks to be in excellent conditions – there are a few signs on both blade and handles, which don’t show in the pics (and the mirror finish IS a total magnet for both fingerprints and scratches), some of which I’m pretty sure are there from the very beginning – Fred Perrin’s F&F has always been rather utilitarian :) . 1,150.00 USD, includes PP fees and shipment through FedEx
