saying hello from Montana!
just thought i'd say hello and introduce myself a bit. i normally am over at the axe section but have lurked here for quite awhile
i have been an avid hunter and fisherman all my life (ever since i was old enough to hold one of grandpas cane poles in my hand). i'm originally from AL but have lived in MT for 16yrs. i/we fish mainly for trout here, but i 'cut my teeth' on bluegill, bass, and catfish in the deep south.
i/we love to hunt elk, deer, bear, hare, grouse, and as i mentioned above my wife and i are also avid fishermen mainly for trout with a few pike thrown in ever now and again
my friends and i also ice fish some, but most of our fishing is done from canoe or raft.
anyway; i hope to contribute during the upcoming season of hunting and fishing with you folks and maybe learn a little
