i never really thought this over, but what can i use to cut 01 toolsteel?

at my place i have............ bandsaw,,,,, grinders, hacksaws, hmm o, like a quick cut, a sawzall and drill press, router, table saw, i might be able to get ahold of a dremel tool, thats about it though

the band saw needs to be slow, not a wood speed. and you need a bimetal band blade.

I found a hacksaw with the best bimetal blade you can get for the big areas, then a belt sander is really fast. I thought the process would take forever but it goes fast.

BTW I also have those little diamond coated wheels for the drill press. Those are really cool for inside curves, even on hardened steel.
