Making a knife

Hey you guys,

a friend of mine started to make his own knife but now he is facing some serious problems ... he needs some parts but he can't find them in belgium. Does anyone of you guys knows a good shop for knife makers in Europe?

I assume you have Internet in Belgium and credit cards too. I am buying everithing for knifemaking over internet from Finland, Canada, US - no problem 5-10 days and I have my parts here in California. Should be the same for Belgium.
