P.S. All else aside though, somebody better buy this one...I can't afford to be weak and buy this one next time I stop by Butch's place....

Lloyd,

Very nice looking work. Two questions: Does this knife have a full tang? And if so, is she still available?

Butch,

Just wanted to respond to you and the good folks here to express how pleased I am with this fine tool. The knife arrived here in good stead with a hair popping sharp edge that is highly uncommon. She literally shaves hair like a razor with nearly zero effort on a short stroke. Most knives, factory or custom do not meet this edge standard! The grip is nice and large to fit my Mans paw, which is a real delight to me, and the balance is perfectly centered dead nuts just behind the first pin. The Maple Burl is just plain sweet.

The only problem is, it caught my old lady's fancy because of its beautiful scales and she immediately asked to use it to slice up some strawberries for a shortcake. Then she started slicing and dicing all matter of culinary delights including separating spare-ribs for supper.. Now I can't get it back:rolleyes:

Thanks for a great cutter there partner!

Blessings,

Anthony
