Mark II Types

Ok im new to the quality knifes. I have been looking at the MOD/CQD/Blackhawk Mark II. Ive noticed that there has been a few different types the Mark II and the Mark II type E. Not the Auto. What are the differences and would the be a good knife for everday carry?
 
I'm thinkin a mod will be by shortly to get you into the correct subforum :D

However, you could hang around and become addicted to slip joints like the rest of us :thumbup:
