OK folks, it's that time again!! Sunday, April 17th will be the next meeting of the NJKCA - Same Knife Time, Same Knife Place. For newcomers, that's 1:00 PM at the Steak & Ale on Route 1 South, in the Edison area.

Bark River Knife & Tool Co. will be supplying another fine specimen for our raffle!! Mike Stewart continues his most generous support of our Knife Club. I'm not sure which model it will be, but any one of their models would make a welcome addition to anyone's collection.

Don't miss your chance to win a fine knife, talk knives with some of the most avid knife knuts in the area, enjoy examples from others' collections, and just plain ol' have a good time!!!! The establishment is very "Knife Friendly", and offer a wide variety of food & drink.

If you haven't joined us at one of our meetings, you don't know what you're missing. Let's see some new faces there on the 17th!!!

Ken

I don't know about new faces, I still have the same as last month;) but I'll be there. Thanks for posting the notice Ken.

I'll still be there for this one! :D I have a few new knives as well as some 'oldies but goodies' to show.

I'm sure some potential newcomers might be thinking that. Well Mike Stewart at Bark River Knife & Tool has really outdone himself this time!!!

This month's Door Prize is indeed a Prize!! It is a Custom Tanto. The blade is a hair over 6" and the OAL is slightly over 11". The scales are Green & Black Linen Micarta. It is marked "Limited Edition" on one side, and "Custom 2005" on the other. The sheath is quite nice also. Here are a few photos to wet your appetite:

I had some problems reducing some of the photos, so, if you would like to view more photos of the beautiful knife, check Jerzee Devil or Ramanon, later this evening. These will have to do for now. If you think this knife looks good on the Forums - wait until you see it in person!! Of course, that means you'll have to attend our meeting this Sunday!!! I just LOVE this part of my job, working with NJKCA!!!!
