Let's try this again!

Going to Alaska in late June for 10 days of nothing but fishing with my brother and nephew. I decided to commission matching Bird and Trout style knives to celebrate the trip. After the knives were made, my artist wife designed a stylized drawing of Denali with “Alaska 2002” underneath which was etched on the blade. Eagle Creek Laser Etching did a great job! If you look closely you can see the logo (partially hidden by the reflection).

Ain’t they pretty?

Knife Specs:
Blade: Hollow Ground, Slightly Upswept, Full Integral
Blade Steel: 01 Tool Steel
Blade Length: 3.125”
Handle: Water Buffalo Horn, (Double) Red & White Liner, Mosaic Pins
Bolster: 304 SS
OAL: 7.50”
Maker: Wayne Whittaker
Laser Etching: Eagle Creek

They look very nice, but I would like to get a larger view of the knives. It is hard to make out the finer details with such small images.

Let's see if this better. It brushes against maximum file size.

If the file server doesn't allow the same picture I'll reshoot and upload a new image.
