I decided to make a set of these in 1/8" thick 1095 before I do the passaround in 0.090" S30V (still in heat-treat - Paul Bos).

Here they are in Curly Maple:

One side has a short hollow grind, the other side has a tall flat grind.

If you are right-handed...the flat grind goes on the left (inside).

So, what we have here is a right-handed (on top) and left-handed (on bottom) set.
