Metal warped from dealer?

I received some 1084 from an online retailer. I won't mention the name here. My question is how should I go about straightening it out? Any help is much appreciated.

It should be annealed and soft so just bend it straight. Very rarely does anneled stock come perfectly straight. It’s just assumed that if you got the skills to make a knife you should have the skills to straighten a mildly bowed bar is steel. But with forging this does not matter becaus you will just forge the blade straight.

Put it on a wooden stump, whack it with a rawhide, wooden, rubber hammer.

Well I guess I dont have the skills haha. Jk, Just wanted to know if there was a sure fire way to bend it straight without introducing another bend into it. I have ordered steel from this site several times and this is the first time I have received warped steel.

I just put the bar on my long, flat table and put some shims at the ends and clamp the center for a bit.
