Microtech Customer Service?

I am interested in any experience that anyone has with Microtechs customer service. My lovely Wife put my Amphibian through the washer and the industrial drier at the laundrymat today. Half of the aluminum coating on the handle is now gone. The corners of the handle are all peened over. The edge of the blade has chips and rolls all over it, and the last 32nd" of the blade is broken off. Do you think Microtech will repair this knife or am I screwed.:mad: :confused: :( :mad:
 
Never hurts to give them a call (do not e-mail them) and ask.

And I'm sure. . .considering that the current defects weren't caused by Microtech. . .they'll want you to provide some monetary enhancement for the work that they perform.
