These knives look really awesome! THe double action feature intrigues me...anybody ever handled one, owns one? care to share your thoughts?

I just received my "Executive Scarab" ( no inserts ) this morning.

The knife has a tight lockup and feels very sturdy.

The springs feel very heavy duty and open and close the knive with authority.

I can easily open the knive but I still require two thumbs to close the rascal. I guess I gotta start doning some thumb pushups

There has been some discussions of these knives over in the automatic knives section of this bulletin board.

i have both. the scarab is harder to fire than the makora.
both are sharp as hell.i had the makora customized with rayskin inserts from diplomat-looks great.
