Anyone have direct experience with mjsknives.com? Their prices are low in comparison to other dealers. In some cases, so low as to make one wonder about reliability and service?? Almost in the "too good to be true" category. Would appreciate any comments from those of you who have dealt with them. thanks . . .

I followed your suggestion and found more good reports on MJS than I would have thought possible. I'm certainly going to try to get on their customer list!
I now feel kinda' embarrassed about asking this question . . . should have done the search first; and next time I will!

Mark's prices are extremely low, but the service is as high quality as the prices are low. I've done a bit of business with them over the years and have never been disappointed. Mark and his Mother (Sherry) are both extremely nice people also. The unfortunate thing is that their low prices have made them unpopular with some other dealers. Jealousy is an ugly thing. MJ&S is definitely a good operation though. Mark has told me that he is in it for the long haul. I hope this is of some help.

Mark and Sherry are the BEST! Great people. If you do decide to contact them though, make sure and give them a call. It's been a while since I've heard from Mark so I'm guessing that Y2K got em'.

Otherwise, he's ALWAYS on top of his email. I'd definately give them a shot any day.

I've done two buys from MJS, both times prices were excellent and delivery quick. I'll definitely use them again.

the Y2K didnt get me ive just been so busy over the past month that i havent taken the time to do much around here or anywhere else for that matter. we are alive and well and trying to recover from a very busy holiday.
thanks for all the kind words from all of you above. on another note to those of you that tried to call and couldnt get through to us. things are slowing down some now. ive heard tons of complaints about not getting through to us. i give my apologies for that and hope that you will give us another chance at your business. again the phones are much slower now then they had been so try again please.

I have been getting knives on the net for the last 4 years, and have used many net deallers. MJS is one of the best if not the best.
 
Thankyou very much............i feel we are one of the best. but thats tuff company to keep out here. theres alot of great people that i consider very good as well. you the people make us what we are. we are just doing a job and trying to offer a service
to over come any other possible price issue's.
