When Camillus went belly-up i bought a Moore Maker (Camillus) Muskrat. I have almost given up on getting this knife sharp. Sharpmaker, diamond stones, oil stones and just now water stones. Still a freakin' butterknife.
The water stones are new and new to me but I just sharpened an old carbon butcher knife, two of my Boker traditionals and a stainless paring knife. I was even able to get an awesome edge on my stainless Sodbuster. The MM Muskrat reminds me of trying to sharpen a bayonet....
Note my MM (Queen) Whittler is very sharp (didn't come that way).
Anybody else ever run into this?
