Mosaic handle of Bocote and Sycamore wood. The pattern in this handle like that of mosaic damascus runs from one side to the other. The wood is precisely cut and glued with waterproof Titebond Glue. The glue joints are stronger than the wood it's self.
The wood is stabilized.
The handle is as strong and durable as any other wood.
I have never seen another knifemaker use Mosaic handles like I make.
This is your chance to get a sure enough one of a kind knife.
The blade is ATS-34 steel, heat treated by Paul Bos to a RC hardness of 59-60.
The decorative pins are stainless steel.
Payment with U.S. Postal Money Order for immediate shipment, or personal check with time to clear.
Shipping within the 48 states is $10.00 for first class with insurance and delivery confirmation at the U.S. Post Office.
Other areas, I will ship for costs.
First "I'll take it" here gets it, or you can e-mail me at lewisknives@carlsbadnm.com

Thanks for the compliment.
I forgot to mention, this knife has a tapered tang, and the blade it's self has a distall taper.

Wow, Tom! I have been known to mess around with my handles, but.....wow! That mosaic pattern turned out so good. Really nice work on that:thumbup:
