Mer, as usual, great work! That wood is excellent, and the ti is so nicely finished.
 
Which means I'm second on deck.... Yeah!!!!!!!

nybble: I believe he's only using steel at this time for handles. Unless he jumped to Ti and didn't tell any of us. :eek:

Can't wait to get my paws on it. I think nybble might have confused eric's wonderful polishing abilities on his steel for titanium.

As far as I know, he's not milling titanium yet. Just very high polish stainless steel (almost looks mirror polish from the pics)

It is great that Mer posts pictures of his work, so we may all see the quality of his work.

What his pictures do not show is the excellent customer service Eric provides. I e-mailed him to ask some questions. All questions were answered completely and quickly.

I sent my knife, and received an e-mail telling me it had arrived (barely; I'm the idiot whose knife was hanging out of the envelope when it arrived). Within hours my name was on his website.

If the quality of his work equals that of his service, I'll be very happy with my knife.
 
Thanks for the reminder Ghen. Those of those that have been Ereic since the start of this have come to accept that as fact, and often forget that newcomer may not be aware of that fact.

Aside from the gorgeous handles, he was also very helpful in critiquing the Monarch, and his inputs were extremely insightful.
 
Does anybody want me to post some shop photos? I could show everyone the machines I use to make the handles.

Ah........ Yes!!!!!!!! We're a curious lot by nature. Would love to see where all those lovely rehandles are born.
