Well, I just received my Mr. Mofo Combat Grade from Danbo. Thanks, Danbo! This blade is AWESOME!!! :D :D :D

This Mofo has the bead blast finish. With the gray micarta slabs and the silver tubes, it has a real "frosty" appearance. This thing is absolutely beautiful in every way. The grips are a little smaller than the usual E handle, are are extremely comfortable as a result. This thing just sinks in your hand. Man, I want to go out and beat it up, but something tells me that I should keep it as pristine as possible. It is balanced just right, with a slight blade heavy feel, and would make a hell of a chopper for sinking into someone's neck. A true combat/survival blade. I can't decide what I like better, this or the purebreds.

It's been a very good day. :) Now, all I need is a desert Satin Jack. ;)

Mr. Busse, you keep outdoing yourself on these things.

Congrats AD, I have been eyeing those for a while...

I hear you on the using vs. Safe Queen issue... since I just got one of the Desert NOs I am asking myself the same question... I think I will end up turning it into a user... you never know... in fact the only knife I will NOT use that I have is a BM-E... nothing special, but I have two and will beat one keep the other.

I absolutely love the purebreds I got, and have already been planning how to refinish them.... lots of ideas there.

Congrats on the Mofo, they are badass! I also am debating on wether mine is a user or not, only time will tell....

I guess I'll have to eventually get ahold of an extra, so I feel comfortable about using this thing. ;)

Thanks. :) Yea, I'm in hog heaven. I passed on the desert models posted last week :( ; but I'm keeping both eyes open for a desert Satin Jack. I hope I get lucky.
