I was reading the post about the guy that wanted a knife for around $100 to $200 that is SOLID. I read about all these people saying that they have had all these different company's liner locks failing them but I have never once read anywhere about the liner lock on a LCC failing. I've had a LCC m/a for over a year and I've carried and used it a lot. It still locks up very very solidly. So I was just wondering if anyone here has ever had a LCC liner lock failure? I'm sure that there is a few but I've just never heard of them. Thanks for taking the time to read and reply to this. John :)

quite often, and have many from Gen 1 to gen 4 in every configuration and have beaten two of the living day-lights out of.
NOT once did one ever fail to lock, stay locked, or cut. I did have one that at first would not fire in auto-mode, but some well-placed Mil-tec/Rem-oil and a "bloody-thumb" and it fires sweetly. but there is a miniscule bit of grit under the blade coating, which has "dulled". This is a "cosmetic flaw" and I am certain MT will make it right.

The LCC, IMH(umble)O, is a fine EDC............wolf

Dude,

I have two MT LCCs.. Generation one knives.. They are solid and had hardly failed me! :D Sometimes, even the best knives are abused till they fail, you can't blame the manufacturer for self inflicted damages.. ;)
