My current “good” knife collection

I’ve always been the main cook for the family and made due with decent Heckle knives for over a decade. I decided to up my tool game and get into Japanese knives.


Here is what I’ve collected over the past 10-12 months.

Masakage Shimo 150mm Honesuki (top right boning knife)
 
I do have some other knives that I’ve had for a decade or more including a bread knife. My favorites are the Shibata AS gyuto and Masamoto KS.
