Here are a couple of pictures of my last two slip joints I finished.

First a 3 bladed trapper. 4 1/8 inches closed and 7 1/2 inches opened. ATS34 blades and springs. Vine filework on springs. Sambar stag handles. Stainless Steel liners and bolsters.

And a wharncliff swell center half whittler. Damasteel stainless steel blades and springs. 3 1/2 inches closed. Master blade is 2 3/8 inches. Cuttoff pen blade is 1 3/8 inches. Mosaic abalone handles (laminated).

My God that Abalone looks wild. Stunning! My favorite of the two is the trapper. Magnificent finish on those blades and I think nothing looks better than stag on a slipjoint. Also, that filework is outstanding. That is one of the nicest slips I have seen.

Wowsers Tony!!!!! That three blader is unbelievable! The file work is the most amazing I've ever seen! And after all that you even add dove tailed bolsters and scales, whew!!

Thanks for all the nice compliments. I like trappers too. A trapper was the first folder I made and there is still a special place in my heart for the trapper style knives. This one with three blades is maybe more of a belt knife. It might be a little big for your pocket unless you cinch your belt or suspenders down tight. :D And yes it walks and talks. Just don't get your finger in the way when you close it :D .

Thanks again for looking.
